Standard shipments usually take 1-3 business days to arrive. International shipments (Europe) normally take 3-7 business days to arrive.

Our orders will be shipped by DHL.

Returning a product is simple. If you want to return an item, just follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: If you wish to return an item, get in touch with Asample within 14 days of receiving your order. We will assist you with the return process.

2. Original Condition: Make sure the product is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.

3. Packaging: Repack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent any damage during transit.

4. Shipping: Send the package back to us using a shipping service of your choice.

5. Refund/Exchange: Once we receive the item and inspect its condition, we’ll process your refund or exchange as requested.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping back is at the customers’ own costs.
